Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Global Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure effective delivery strategies for event programs aligned with business objectives and manage vendor relationships
• Build and maintain relationships with senior-level leaders to influence and escalate issues effectively
• Oversee executional design for event programs, manage schedules, identify risks, and drive post-mortem sessions for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management with a focus on large-scale events or marketing programs
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or PMP/PgMP certification preferred
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with interdependent projects
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders
• Expert proficiency in project and program management tools (e.g., Workfront, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira)
