Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process referrals and coordinate enrollment into high-risk programs
  • Lead the enrollment process for the home visit program, including scheduling and administrative tasks
  • Provide administrative support and field incoming calls from high-risk patients and their families
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center or sales position
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to handle uncertainty and effectively deal with problems
  • Proficiency in computer technology and multiple software systems
