A company is looking for a Program Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Process referrals and coordinate enrollment into high-risk programs
- Lead the enrollment process for the home visit program, including scheduling and administrative tasks
- Provide administrative support and field incoming calls from high-risk patients and their families
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center or sales position
- Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to handle uncertainty and effectively deal with problems
- Proficiency in computer technology and multiple software systems
