A company is looking for a Strategic Programs and Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, ensuring timely execution and accountability
- Facilitate the annual GTM planning process and track initiative progress, risks, and outcomes
- Design and implement a scalable project management framework for the Revenue Operations team
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management or revenue operations roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge of project management frameworks and tools
- Experience with RevOps, sales, or GTM operations is a strong plus
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification is preferred
