Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of next-generation credit programs, including market analysis and AI integration
• Establish project management principles and develop business requirement documentation frameworks
• Collaborate with operational departments to enhance program offerings and oversee program and market research managers

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in credit program development and management
• At least 5 years of experience in managing teams
• Expertise in advanced analytics and technology for program management
• Experience in auto finance and implementing credit risk policies
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
