Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join their Business Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide cross-functional teams through complex business transformation programs
• Design and drive strategy and operational plans to meet company objectives
• Define, track, and report key performance metrics for strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program/project management across multiple functions
• Experience in building and leading end-to-end programs and projects
• Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions, particularly Salesforce.com
• Bachelor's degree required; MS/MBA, PMP, or advanced degree preferred
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and hyperscaler business models
