Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate efforts across multiple locations to meet technology and product goals
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and decomposing them into user stories
• Facilitate sprint execution, ensuring team accountability and promoting a self-organizing culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of IT experience, with 3+ years as a Scrum Master or in a related role
• Expert knowledge in Agile principles and project management methodologies
• Strong understanding of SDLC and application architecture
• Experience with cloud-native ecosystems and legacy systems
