Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP/SVP, Onboarding & Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Reduce end-to-end implementation timelines through proactive planning and process enhancements
• Minimize complexity by clearly defining internal and client roles and responsibilities
• Drive early buy-in through client requirement gathering to ensure alignment before technical execution

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, program management, or operations, preferably in relevant industries
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of people management or team leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
• Experience with complex B2B clients in industries such as transportation or healthcare
