Key Responsibilities
- Reduce end-to-end implementation timelines through proactive planning and process enhancements
- Minimize complexity by clearly defining internal and client roles and responsibilities
- Drive early buy-in through client requirement gathering to ensure alignment before technical execution
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, program management, or operations, preferably in relevant industries
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of people management or team leadership experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Experience with complex B2B clients in industries such as transportation or healthcare
