Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Setup Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and assign incoming contract support requests via an electronic ticket system
  • Manage digital storage of contract documents and ensure complete and accurate files
  • Setup and manage projects in Deltek Costpoint, including contract modifications and charge codes


Required Qualifications
  • High School graduate with 4-5 years of experience in accounting, contract/project setup, or equivalent office work experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; Visa sponsorship not available
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with learning new software
  • Prior experience with Costpoint Project Setup and/or Billing modules is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) is a plus
