A company is looking for a Project Setup Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assign incoming contract support requests via an electronic ticket system
- Manage digital storage of contract documents and ensure complete and accurate files
- Setup and manage projects in Deltek Costpoint, including contract modifications and charge codes
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate with 4-5 years of experience in accounting, contract/project setup, or equivalent office work experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; Visa sponsorship not available
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with learning new software
- Prior experience with Costpoint Project Setup and/or Billing modules is preferred
- Basic knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) is a plus
