Startup Community Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Startup Community Program Manager to lead the delivery of community programs and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage partner relationships and report on program results for Founder Catalyst and Startup Weekend
• Oversee program delivery teams, including hiring, onboarding, and training, while ensuring key metrics are tracked
• Manage program budgets and vendor relationships, and support sales handoff processes as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or customer success experience in technology, startups, or venture capital
• Experience in creating and managing program timelines and plans
• Experience in managing partner relationships with large corporations
• Experience in managing program delivery teams
• High emotional intelligence and ability to work in a diverse, distributed team
