Technical Producer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Producer II to support global engineering and operations teams in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer work management platforms (Jira, Airtable, Notion) to ensure visibility and ease of navigation
• Collaborate with engineering leads to manage intake, triage, backlog, and prioritization workflows
• Facilitate planning and execution of technical projects and lead team rituals such as kickoffs and retrospectives

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Technical Production, Technical Program Management, or related roles
• Experience with work management tool administration (Jira, Airtable, Notion)
• Fluency in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid workflows
• Technical fluency to effectively communicate with technical teams
