Job Summary
A company is looking for an Installation Project Manager responsible for the end-to-end implementation of various offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer installations and initial client training
- Coordinate installation-related activities with internal and external customers
- Perform system customization, user acceptance testing, and maintain project plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field and/or commensurate experience
- 5+ years of experience in the business-to-business industry
- Experience in project management for medium to large size projects
- Experience in customer service and gathering business requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Aid and/or scholarships
