A company is looking for a Capture Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a capture plan for key opportunities in collaboration with program managers and the business development team
- Lead win strategy and proposal writing, including competitive assessments and pricing strategy recommendations
- Identify efficiencies and contribute to the long-term strategy of the organization
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience; 8 years for senior level consideration
- Experience using the Shipley Capture Workbook or similar systems
- Familiarity with tools like GovWin and LinkedIn for federal procurement analysis
- Ability to develop detailed written capture plans and perform probability of win calculations
- Completion of Capture Manager training or equivalent certification
