Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Operations or Program Manager managing remote teams of 15+ individuals
- Proven track record in developing and implementing process improvements impacting KPI/SLA attainment
- Experience in coaching and supporting team members to enhance performance
- Highly organized with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering exceptional results
- Degree in Business, Communications, or Information Technology preferred
