Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives to manage service delivery relationships
- Drive client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables
- Ensure project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy while maintaining project status records
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects successfully
- Strong understanding of database design, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements
- Experience in developing project plans and ensuring effective project control from planning through production
- Ability to review financial and billing information to meet deadlines consistently
