Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to lead and deliver high-impact IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget objectives are met
• Track and manage project financials, including budgeting and risk management
• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating all Agile ceremonies and coaching teams on Agile principles

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT project management, including both Agile and Waterfall environments
• Proven success managing cross-functional teams, budgets, risks, and project interdependencies
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Clarity, Jira, Azure DevOps)
• PMP and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification preferred
• Experience working in a scaled Agile environment is a plus
