Senior Project Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to manage international product safety and market access projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities and define project scope with support
• Coordinate laboratory activities, scheduling testing, and reviewing lab work to meet project deadlines
• Communicate project status and resolve customer issues related to testing and certification requirements

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or related field with 6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in identifying project needs, formulating objectives, and managing programs
• Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
• 5 or more years of experience in global market access or international certifications
• Experience in the Testing, Inspections, and Certification (TIC) industry is highly preferred
