A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to facilitate communication and coordinate services related to workplace service planning and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and confirm project and service requests while coordinating with sales, operations, and customers
- Document project scope, timelines, and pricing, and manage change orders throughout the service delivery process
- Track project timelines and consolidate costs to ensure successful project closeout
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with 2-5 years of experience in customer service and coordinating national services
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Ability to read and interpret business documents and technical procedures
- Mathematical skills to apply advanced concepts and perform various analyses
- No certifications required
