Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Project Manager and Technical Lead for a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and routine operations, including managing helpdesk tickets and staff access
• Oversee technical project management initiatives to enhance IT systems and processes
• Ensure security assurance by monitoring threats, improving policies, and providing staff training

Required Qualifications

• Adaptable and fast learner, comfortable with problem-solving in ambiguous situations
• Organized with strong project management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfort with evolving job functions as company needs change
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience in IT management or related fields and familiarity with security best practices
