• Lead complex transportation infrastructure projects from planning through delivery, ensuring compliance with client goals and regulations
• Oversee project execution by coordinating with internal teams, clients, contractors, and public agencies to manage scope, schedule, and budget
• Drive strategic growth and client engagement by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical/business field
• 15 years or more of related work experience with transportation projects
• Previous project management experience on similar or related projects
• Broad general technical and business background
• Professional registration is desirable
