EPMO Portfolio Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EPMO Portfolio Analyst to enable transparency and strategic visibility across its enterprise portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain portfolio-level data across systems and dashboards
• Support tracking of portfolio KPIs, delivery milestones, and financial alignment
• Prepare reporting for portfolio governance and leadership reviews

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in portfolio management, PMO operations, or business/data analysis roles
• Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, etc.)
• Familiarity with project delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Clarity, Smartsheet)
• Ability to manage multiple streams of data and reporting
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving structures
