Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison with leadership to ensure the completion of long-range plans and tactical initiatives
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the program and related projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion
- Create and manage overall financials, including budgeting and forecasting for all projects under the program
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or similar discipline from an accredited college or university
- 5-7 years of directly related experience
- Retail Pharmacy or Pharmacy Benefit Management experience is desirable
- PMP Certification is desirable; other certifications such as MPM or CSM are preferred
- Knowledge of project management methodologies including Scrum, Waterfall, and Agile
