Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contractor payables and customer billings, ensuring compliance with standards and policies

  • Facilitate communication among Construction Managers, Field Representatives, and customers throughout project phases
Required Qualifications
  • Education in Business Management/Administration or equivalent experience
  • 4-7 years of related experience in Project Administration/Management or Construction Accounting
  • Proficiency in project management software and standard office applications
  • Understanding of project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of state prevailing wage and compliance documentation
