Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate supplier onboarding processes and manage data through procurement technology platforms
- Create and maintain vendor information packets to support account transitions
- Analyze large datasets using advanced Excel functions to generate dashboards and reports
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and duplicate checks
- Familiarity with sourcing and procurement technologies such as E1 and Avetta
- Previous experience in administrative functions, compliance tracking, and vendor management
- Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities to handle large data sets
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects within time-sensitive deadlines
