Key Responsibilities
- Support and improve operational effectiveness across multiple programs, including workflow and governance initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation, timelines, trackers, and key artifacts for workflows and decision frameworks
- Lead small-to-medium initiatives independently and support larger programs to ensure successful execution
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or program management with a focus on product operations
- Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with effective time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in risk management and prioritization to support program success
