Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager II to oversee and manage bank projects remotely in North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops, executes, and manages project strategies while ensuring quality results and minimizing risks
  • Coordinates project teams, sets clear expectations, resolves issues, and maintains project schedules
  • Facilitates collaboration with internal and external parties, assists in negotiations, and tracks project progress
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Project Management, or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience
  • Preferred experience leading projects within a large financial institution
  • Proficiency in technology disciplines related to project management
  • Experience in coordinating training and change management for financial standards
  • Experience in documenting variances and refining workflows for successful implementations
