Key Responsibilities
- Develops, executes, and manages project strategies while ensuring quality results and minimizing risks
- Coordinates project teams, sets clear expectations, resolves issues, and maintains project schedules
- Facilitates collaboration with internal and external parties, assists in negotiations, and tracks project progress
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Project Management, or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience
- Preferred experience leading projects within a large financial institution
- Proficiency in technology disciplines related to project management
- Experience in coordinating training and change management for financial standards
- Experience in documenting variances and refining workflows for successful implementations
