A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager - Construction Projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team, overseeing training, development, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate daily activities and manage large cross-functional projects from start to finish
- Develop solutions with stakeholders and create routine PMO reports for project tracking
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; PgMP or PMP certifications preferred
- Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management
- Innovative mindset to develop new methods and solutions
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Expert organizational and advanced math skills
