Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Scrum best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for Agile teams, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined backlogs and clear priorities
• Track and communicate team metrics, delivery progress, and potential risks to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical or data-driven environment
• Proven success leading cross-functional Agile teams, ideally within data engineering or BI domains
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification required
