Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full project lifecycle from inception to implementation and delivery
• Balance stakeholder expectations regarding project timeline, cost, and scope while managing risks and issues
• Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and monitor project status, adjusting resources and priorities as needed

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of project management experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Significant experience in delivering complex website projects with knowledge of project management processes
• Expertise or deep familiarity with the website development process, ideally with WordPress knowledge
• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, design tools (Figma), and project management tools (ClickUp)
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and managing client relationships
