Key Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients and facilitate project kickoff meetings
- Maintain oversight of project timelines, deliverables, and team assignments while coordinating task distribution
- Serve as the liaison between client teams and internal staff, providing regular updates and escalating risks as needed
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in project coordination or operations, preferably in accounting or professional services
- Experience in the AEC industry preferred, with knowledge of consultant management, billing, and job costing
- 3+ years in project coordination, client service, or operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with ERP systems and project management tools
