Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to ensure a seamless client experience and oversee operational and administrative components of client engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients and facilitate project kickoff meetings
  • Maintain oversight of project timelines, deliverables, and team assignments while coordinating task distribution
  • Serve as the liaison between client teams and internal staff, providing regular updates and escalating risks as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in project coordination or operations, preferably in accounting or professional services
  • Experience in the AEC industry preferred, with knowledge of consultant management, billing, and job costing
  • 3+ years in project coordination, client service, or operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with ERP systems and project management tools
