Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an Implementation or Project Manager role
• Strong understanding of system integrations and workforce management tools
• Proven ability to coordinate technical implementations
• Proficiency with tools such as Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace
• Experience with TLM or WFM software solutions is a plus
