Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Project Management Specialist to manage customer projects related to Lit and Dark Fiber services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project accountability including scheduling, scope, and budget tracking
- Lead communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding project timelines and milestones
- Develop and maintain customer project plans based on contractual requirements and service designs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in managing Telecom service delivery projects
- Strong knowledge of Network and Fiber services implementation processes
- Ability to define project dependencies and manage project milestones effectively
- Thorough understanding of Fiber Engineering and Outside Plant processes
- Self-driven and motivated to provide exceptional customer service
