Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to join their Business Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through complex business transformation programs
• Design and drive strategy and operational plans to meet company objectives
• Define, track, and report key performance metrics for strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a program/project manager with cross-functional leadership
• Experience in building and leading end-to-end programs and projects
• Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and SaaS business models
• Bachelor's degree required; MS/MBA, PMP, or advanced degree preferred
• Familiarity with multiple business processes including Engineering, Product, and Sales
