Key Responsibilities
- Support space and logistics management for the Office of the Under Secretary
- Manage the Archibus space platform for capturing space assignments across multiple floor plans
- Assist with outreach activities related to program partnering, information sharing, and recruitment
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Administrative and Project Management principles
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
- Understanding of administrative processes related to space coordination and logistics
- Familiarity with federal standards for space coordination
- Experience in organizing community events and outreach activities
