Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Analyst - Coordination Space & Logistics - Part Time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support space and logistics management for the Office of the Under Secretary
  • Manage the Archibus space platform for capturing space assignments across multiple floor plans
  • Assist with outreach activities related to program partnering, information sharing, and recruitment
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Administrative and Project Management principles
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Understanding of administrative processes related to space coordination and logistics
  • Familiarity with federal standards for space coordination
  • Experience in organizing community events and outreach activities
