Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director - Migrations to lead the execution of a multi-year migration program.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the program end-to-end, driving roadmap execution across multiple release phases and teams
• Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment and manage planning for high-volume migrations
• Track program KPIs, report progress to stakeholders, and develop governance around timelines and scope

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management or professional services leadership roles
• Demonstrated success managing large, multi-year customer-facing programs
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud migration, or compliance-focused platforms
• Strong operational skills to manage timelines and competing priorities
• Experience with program-level reporting and tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Salesforce, etc.)
