Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Project Manager - Systems & Business Process Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the upgrade project of the company's enterprise-wide ERP system, including scope development and business process assessment
• Oversee project execution, budget management, change management, training, and post-implementation stabilization
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and support user adoption through structured change management approaches

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 11 years of combined industry and project management experience required
• At least 7 years of full lifecycle ERP implementation or migration experience strongly preferred
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Experience with Deltek Vision and/or Deltek Vantagepoint implementations or migrations is strongly preferred
