IT Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of medium to large-scale IT projects, including application upgrades and multi-entity implementations
• Assist the Director of the IT PMO in maintaining practice guidelines and standards
• Manage projects involving multiple cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS/CS, Healthcare Informatics, or Health Information Management preferred, or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT project management experience
• Experience with project portfolio management tools and Microsoft Project
• Familiarity with organizational change management practices
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred or in progress
