Lead Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Project Manager to establish a project management office framework and drive strategic alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, launch, and maintain the Project Management Office (PMO) framework, including governance, project phases, and communication channels
• Serve as the project manager for high-impact, cross-functional initiatives aligned with strategic objectives
• Continuously refine the PMO framework based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business requirements

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in project management, program management, or operations, preferably in fintech or regulated industries
• Proven experience in building or enhancing a PMO or similar project management processes
• Ability to translate ambiguity into structured execution plans with defined outcomes
• Experience in navigating stakeholder alignment and cross-functional coordination
• Proficiency with async communication and collaboration tools
