Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager, PMO.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate, coordinate, and manage a portfolio of existing and new projects
• Monitor project progress, make necessary adjustments, and ensure all deliverables are completed
• Co-manage cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and support organizational objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related educational/professional certification; Project Management Certification preferred
• Five or more years of professional leadership experience in youth development, education, or nonprofit environments
• Advanced project management experience and capabilities
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and meeting tight deadlines
• Prior position in a Project Management Office and change management experience
