IDR Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) Project Manager to oversee and manage the IDR process in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end IDR process, ensuring compliance with regulatory timelines
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and regulatory bodies related to IDR cases
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize the IDR workflow

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, legal studies, or a related field
• 3-5 years of project management experience in healthcare, legal, or compliance environments
• Familiarity with the No Surprises Act and federal IDR requirements
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
• Experience in healthcare claims, provider relations, or legal arbitration is preferred
