Project Setup Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Setup Supervisor to oversee the Project Setup Team and ensure accurate project setups in Deltek Costpoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the Project Setup Team, ensuring effective teamwork and customer service
• Set up contracts and manage contract modifications in Deltek Costpoint, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Review project setups for accuracy, train staff, and maintain documented procedures in collaboration with the A/R and Billing Manager

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project/contract setup in project accounting software
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint project/contract setup modules
• Solid knowledge of government contract types and revenue recognition methods
