Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Delivery Lead - Part D Risk Adjustment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the continuous improvement of Part D risk adjustment programs and the development of new initiatives
• Collaborate with risk adjustment, pharmacy, and enterprise leaders to develop and implement go-to-market strategies
• Coordinate dependencies and manage inter-related efforts across multiple teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8 or more years of project management, program management, and/or operations experience
• 2+ years of project leadership experience
• Strong understanding of the Medicare Advantage program
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
