Senior Business Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Program Manager, Engineering Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program managers to enhance existing programs and identify strategic opportunities within the Technology department
• Design, launch, and manage programs, translating high-level requirements into detailed tasks while coordinating resources and managing rollouts
• Practice effective change management, guiding stakeholders through transitions related to programs and operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of program or project management experience, preferably in a technology or product function
• Experience in building detailed project timelines and managing projects of increasing complexity
• Ability to develop strong, collaborative relationships in a remote-first environment
• Curiosity about AI and experience integrating it into team operations is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Notion and/or JIRA is beneficial but not required
