Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to lead a skilled development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the team and organization in Agile/Scrum/Kanban practices to deliver quality products
• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies and facilitate decision-making processes
• Support the Product Owner in refining and maintaining the product backlog

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 4+ years of experience in a related field
• Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S
• Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and team dynamics
• Ability to manage project scope, timeline, quality, and deliverables
• Demonstrated servant leadership style and commitment to continuous improvement
