Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee complex projects and ensure alignment with client goals and financial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams, focusing on complex projects and clients
• Define decision-making procedures and metrics for project impacts while optimizing processes for efficiency
• Identify and mitigate project and program risks, ensuring smooth project execution and resource alignment

Required Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in a Project Management role within a fast-paced, agile environment
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly valued
• Experience with Project Management principles and methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid)
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and MarTech background required
• Experience with PPM tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Wrike)
