Key Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of strategic change initiatives and provide guidance to project teams
- Collaborate with Change Owners and stakeholders to implement organizational change management strategies
- Lead and develop a high-performing team in change enablement and adoption processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 15+ years of relevant experience in leading large change programs
- 5+ years of experience in organizational change management leadership roles
- Prosci or other recognized organizational change certification
- Experience managing a portfolio of large cross-enterprise programs/projects
