Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for Curriculum and Classroom Management
- Manage the daily Curriculum Management inbox and perform quality control checks
- Communicate regularly with internal and external clients and provide re-education on processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with room scheduling software is a plus
- Customer service skills are highly desirable
- Willingness to learn industry-specific skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
