Key Responsibilities
- Develops, executes, and manages project strategies while ensuring high-quality results
- Coordinates project teams, sets clear expectations, and resolves issues to maintain project schedules
- Implements tracking methods for project progress and communicates results to relevant stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Project Management OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience in Project Management
- Experience leading projects within a large financial institution is preferred
- Proficiency in technology disciplines such as programming, network engineering, or database architecture
- Experience in coordinating training and change management for financial standards
- Experience in documenting variances and projections at a program level
