Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation of presentations and data summaries for senior stakeholders to drive business actions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to translate analytical recommendations into sales actions
- Deliver actionable insights through data analysis to enhance sales performance and lead business review meetings
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in high-growth startups, fintech, investment banking, or management consulting
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations with high-velocity sales teams
- Expertise in sales analytics or revenue operations, preferably in mortgage, fintech, or high-growth SaaS industries
- Strong program management skills with a track record of leading impactful projects
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
