Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage clinical projects in the Early Phase team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute clinical project plans to achieve project goals and objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams for the successful implementation of clinical project activities
• Mentor and guide team members while driving the development of project documentation and reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Extensive experience in clinical project management in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
