Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Manager, responsible for implementing client health care plans and related projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation processes for new employers, unions, and TPAs, including gathering and documenting requirements
- Monitor launch activities, identify potential issues, and develop rapid response plans for solutions
- Manage project risks, communicate issues to stakeholders, and ensure timely and accurate implementation
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or project management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Broad understanding of health benefits plan setups
- Demonstrated business analysis skills in the health care benefits industry
- Experience or knowledge of pharmacy benefit manager and Medicare Part D is a strong plus
